Terms and conditions

Prices

All prices shown are starting prices per person and may change based on travel dates, availability and airfare at the time of booking. Your final price is confirmed in writing before payment.

Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed only after we receive payment and share confirmation. Supplier terms (airlines, hotels, activity providers) also apply.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation charges depend on the supplier rules and how close to the travel date you cancel. We will share the applicable charges before you confirm.

Visas

Visa approval is decided only by the embassy or immigration authority. Visa fees are non-refundable once an application is submitted.

Itinerary builder

The itinerary builder fee covers planning and booking guidance for one trip. Bookings you make yourself are subject to the provider’s terms.
